Top-ups and subscriptions are managed by Google Play Billing for security and refund protection. Quota you buy on Android is immediately available on the web — your account state is shared.

Subscriptions. EU consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal on auto-renewing subscriptions, exercised by cancelling in Google Play (for Android purchases) or via the Settings customer portal (for web purchases). The right lapses from the moment the first analysis is run with your express consent during the 14-day window (Art 16(m) CRD — digital-content carve-out).
One-off packs. Pack purchases (Pack 5, Pack 10) are consumed on first use. Once any analysis has been run against a pack, the right of withdrawal is lost for the entire pack (Art 16(m) CRD).
Refunds. Google Play refunds are governed by Google Play's refund policy. Web-checkout refund requests: email contact@faicora.nl.
Prices shown are the canonical list price; Google Play and Stripe localize per region at checkout. Auto-renewing subscriptions can be cancelled anytime in Google Play (Android purchases) or via the customer portal in Settings (web purchases).
